I am interested in the preventive side of healthcare, and truly believe food can be medicine. I personally follow a pescetarian, but mostly plant-based diet, and am a huge proponent of any type of movement. I work with adults, and their families to prevent future heart attacks and strokes using science based nutrition. I create personalized science based nutrition programs and packages with a high success rate.

Kelsey enjoys working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She has helped numerous clients meet their goals regarding weight management, diabetes, and heart health. Emma is a Mandarin-speaking dietitian-nutritionist. She attended New York University where she obtained a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics. Emma specializes in nutrition counseling for weight management, pre-diabetes, cardiovascular health, and adolescences nutrition.

Leddy is a Spanish-speaking dietitian-nutritionist with extensive experience in both pediatric and geriatric nutrition counseling for feeding disorders, diabetes, heart health, and weight management. Leddy provides medical nutrition therapy for weight management, cardiovascular health, prediabetes, diabetes, allergies, and gastrointestinal and food intolerances.

Eric graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Master of Education. He is also a Certified Health Education Specialist. Eric enjoys working one-on-one with clients to tailor their eating habits to support their individual health.
