If you are struggling with your relationship with food, movement or your body, we might be a good fit to work together! I am a registered dietitian based in New York City who specializes in disordered eating and eating disorder treatment as well as other nutrition-related issues, like diabetes and GI nutrition. If you often feel pre-occupied with food or your body, struggle with feeling chaotic or in control around food, or if it feels hard to feel confident in your food choices, we can do this work together! I am here to support you in finding peace with food and your body. My goal is to help you do sustainable work with support!
I work with my clients to instill mindful eating and flexible eating practices. We can work to integrate the mindset that all foods fit and focuses on eating balanced meals and snacks. We can explore your relationship with your body and movement. We can also do meal support sessions and food exposure work together if that would feel supportive for you.
I have experience with all eating disorders, including Anorexia, Binge Eating Disorder, Bulimia, ARFID and OSFED. I work with clients of all ages and gender identities, with majority of experience between ages 14 and 65. I pride myself on being a weight inclusive dietitian, helping clients meet their goals for bodies at all sizes, without judgment or shame.
