A typical session will include some of the work you may expect from working with a dietitian, like discussing meals, snacks, cooking, and grocery shopping. In addition this, much of our session will be spent exploring thoughts and beliefs around food, weight, exercise and body image. We will set goals together each week. Every session is individualized- there is no one size fits all program!
