I am a registered dietitian/nutritionist located in NY. I utilize evidence-based, mindful eating and a functional and integrative treatment method in my coaching program. In addition, we will work on the issues that negatively affect your relationship with food and causes undesirable results.
My area of expertise is weight management, gastrointestinal conditions, including gastroparesis, gastritis, and GERD. Throughout the program, we will work closely, and you will receive all the support you need and be accountable and motivated until you reach your goals and sustain your goals.
