I work with adults, and their families to prevent future heart attacks and strokes using science based nutrition. I work with individuals who have heart disease or at risk of heart attacks by improving their cardiometabolic metrics and vascular health. I also see individuals with various heart conditions such as atrial fibrillation (Afib), aortic root dilation, abdominal aortic aneurysms, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, increased calcium score, familial hypercholesterolemia, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I create personalized science based nutrition programs and packages with a high success rate.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator who specializes in heart disease prevention and management. I completed a vigorous clinical residency and graduated with a MS in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. I have over 13+ years of experience counseling individuals on chronic disease prevention and management.
My goal is for my clients to become their own patient advocate, to understand their bodies, and to be knowledgeable about their health and medical care. I explain the science behind my recommendations so they are an active participant in their care to optimize their heart health and longevity.
