I received my master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and completed my training with Northwell Health System. I have extensive experience in clinical nutrition, behavioral modification and holistic wellness counseling, guiding and empowering my clients to reach their optimal nutrition and wellness.
Through a holistic approach, I help my clients develop a healthy relationship with food and understand how their specific food choices and eating behaviors are correlated with their health outcomes.
