I am also thrilled to work with those who might not have a diagnosed eating disorder but feel their relationship with food/body could use a little nurturing. Kristen gained her experience with working with clients who have eating disorders while at the Medical Center at Princeton with the inpatient and partial programs, treating children, adolescents, and adults. Kristen provides individual nutrition therapy, family nutrition counseling sessions, as well as coordinated care with other treatment team members. Nutritional therapy is an essential part of recovery from an eating disorder.

Robert Hildebrandt, originally from Morris County, New Jersey, has moved to Ocean Country where he is able to specialize in Weight Loss and Diabetes Management. Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.

I assist individuals with disordered eating to the full spectrum of eating disorders. My approach is holistic in that I work with a clients "whole" lifestyle. We will collaborate on new strategies for day to day nutrition; meals at home, work, travel and school. I can develop plans and suggestions for individuals as well as families to help create ease with meals and decrease stress around eating.
