Hi, I'm Jacqueline Gomes, RDN, MBA. I help individuals reach their health related goals focusing on the science of nutrition and a "food as fuel" approach. I meet you where you are today and we develop a plan together, that will support you to your desired health outcomes.
I specialize in weight management and associated co-morbidities (cholesterol, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes/ type 2 diabetes). In addition, I have a particular interests in women’s health issues such as fertility and PCOS. My approach is one of compassion in a non-judgmental environment. I welcome you to reach out to me!
