I am a Registered Dietitian who specialize in providing nutrition counseling for individuals who have eating disorders, disordered eating or are simply looking for a better way to explore nutrition and their health separate from harmful diet culture. I believe in supporting clients to discover and nurture their individualized goals in recovery. I am an anti- diet dietitian. This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy.

My counseling is one on one and is tailored to the clients lifestyle and needs. While always encouraging healthy eating and physical activity, I am very practical in my approach to helping clients integrate these behaviors with today's hectic lifestyles. Because of the increasing diagnosis of Celiac Disease, I have begun to concentrate on that condition as well as all types of gluten sensitivity.
