Has food felt wonky lately? Maybe you're living with a medical condition and you have questions. Or, you're having trouble navigating all of the different messages about food. Perhaps life has felt particularly stressful, and food isn't top of mind. You're thinking about changing your eating. You also want it to feel sustainable and true to you.

My approach is weight-inclusive. This means that I do not promote weight loss, and I believe people of all sizes deserve quality healthcare. In our sessions, we'll talk about the aspects of your eating that are working for you, and what feels tricky. Common topics include understanding your unique nutrition needs, and streamlining the meal planning process.

You deserve to feel more supported and at home in your body. You also deserve a space to be yourself and talk about it. I'm here to share nutrition guidance and encouragement along the way.
