Hi, this is Jalpa Sheth, a Registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in Health & Nutrition and special training in Adult Weight Management. Having worked as a Registered Dietitian in various settings ranging from critical care/ ICU at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY, as well as bariatric center, dialysis center and community programs supporting pre- & post-natal women, I have had intensive experience in providing medical nutrition therapy for a wide range of medical conditions. I have also obtained significant experience in the field of adult weight management as a Private Nutrition Practitioner.N
I can help with a wide range of medical conditions, adult weight management, sports nutrition, as well as offer thorough guidance for following vegan/vegetarian diets. I also offer family nutrition counseling as well as group nutrition education sessions or nutrition talks at events and guided supermarket tours.
My intensive training in Nutrition and emphasis on evidence-based practice sets me apart from the clutter of fad dieters out there! My approach is going to be highly individualized to meet client's needs and accommodate client's preferences for their cultural foods! No Starvation, Balanced Nutrition!
