I help busy people make sense of nutrition by optimizing their digestion and healing their gut. Through a review of your blood work including food sensitivity testing and complete health history, I develop and recommend medical nutrition therapy plans that help revive your cells, restore your vitality, and inspire sustainable transformations. Many of my plans include balancing your blood sugar, supporting your adrenals, and, of course, healing your gut.
Food is used as the basis of every plan, however lifestyle changes and nutraceuticals may also be recommended. In addition to my personalized plans, I have created Weigh to Win, a corporate weight management program that focuses on reversing the root causes of weight gain. This plan is currently presented twice a year and is open for new corporate clients.
Patients succeed when they are empowered to become an active participant in improving their health. I believe that food matters and nutrition therapy (including a well-formulated ketogenic diet) can affect the path and recovery of chronic diseases including cardiac vascular disease.
