Accepting new clients through my new practice, Salty Roots Nutrition! I'm so excited to be extending my nutritional counseling services to states: NC, TX, CO, VA, AZ, CA, MI; via telehealth. My mission is to be the support and resource for all of your food questions and needs. Yes, I can do meal plans, however, you can expect way more individualized care than just what to buy and eat. I value your story and nutritional counseling can be a conversation towards understanding your nutritional needs, accomplishing your ideal self-care routine, and prioritizing health longevity.
Nourishment and connection are such high values of mine and am very passionate about helping others improve their relationship with food through a non-diet, holistic approach. I am currently working on my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and have truly found eating disorders to be my niche.
I received my Bachelor’s in Nutrition from Mississippi State University and Master’s in Nutrition from Appalachian State University, where I gained experience in acute care, long term care, and bariatric settings. I also offer support with pre/post bariatric clients as there are a lot of blurred lines, misleading and harmful information out there!
