We are a group of weight inclusive dietitians, Certified Eating Disorder Specialists, Intuitive Eating Counselors and trauma informed. Our passion is to help people who struggle with chronic dieting and eating disorders. We help develop a healthy REAL Intuitive relationship with food, by stopping the "food worrying" and labeling food as "good or bad" and becoming their own experts when it comes to listening to their bodies. Our approach is very unique and individualized. We work with children, adolescents, college students, adults and all genders, we also love working in areas of nutrition such as GI disorders and women health.
Intuitive eating is a nutrition philosophy based on the premise that becoming more attuned to the body's natural hunger signals is a more effective way to attain a healthy weight. We also help clients who struggle with eating disorders at all stages, early onset, relapse and throughout recovery.I provide compassionate support through this difficult time.
Our specialities include all eating disorders: Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, ED-NOS, ARFID (Acute Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), Disordered Eating, Chronic Dieters, Yo/Yo Dieting.
