I specialize in Intuitive Eating and Eating Disorders! I love providing weight-inclusive, anti-diet guidance that encourages a nourishing relationship with food and an emphasis on body neutrality. I like to empower clients to make informed, joyful choices about their nutrition without the constraints of restrictive dieting and food rules.
Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying gentle movement or in the kitchen cooking my way through a new cookbook. I’m a certified barre instructor, which complements my belief in finding joy and balance through movement.
