Hi, I'm Georgia!
I’m a Registered Dietitian who works with individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and complicated relationships with food and body.
My approach is rooted in the belief that food can be a powerful tool for connection and healing rather than a source of guilt and shame. I use a weight-inclusive, anti-diet approach rooted in Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size, with the goal of helping people move toward more freedom, trust, and connection with their food and body.

With experience in higher levels of care treating eating disorders and co-occurring conditions, I know how to hold space for both the hard and hopeful parts of recovery. In my sessions, you can expect empathy, active listening, and deep validation, but also honesty.
I help people break free from food rules, find joy in eating, and reconnect with their bodies—without guilt or fear. My approach blends warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care to challenge diet culture and spark lasting healing. Outside of work, I’m all about sunshine, yoga, music, and time with my favorite people.
