I work with clients to heal their relationship with food and body image. Disordered eating can manifest in many different ways and can be detrimental to health and wellbeing. I work to support my clients as they challenge their negative body image thoughts, detox from diet culture, and arm themselves with the the tools to nourish themselves well for life. I team-up with my clients to move away from food-obsession to achieve consistent and stress-free nutrition.
I support my clients in shifting their mindset around food, reconnecting with the body's innate cues, and learning the fundamentals of eating for wellness. I practice from a Gentle Nutrition perspective that focuses on honoring your body's cravings, connecting with your hunger and satiety cues, and practices eating for wellness.
It is hard & scary to reach out for help when you're struggling with disordered eating and poor body image. I am here to support you in every step of the way. I work to meet my clients where they're struggling and provide the empathy and accountability needed to make sustainable changes. Let's set up a free consultation call to talk about our options!
