Understanding nutrition can feel impossible in a world where information can become skewed by diet culture and trendy food fads. My goal as a dietitian is to provide the space where we can break it all down and learn about nutrition from a neutral lens. I practice from a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to help you work toward finding peace with food and your body. Food can be so much more than just nourishment, and my hope is to help you find food freedom.
I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) and have 10 years of experience in the field of eating disorders. My passion is working with clients toward recovery from eating disorders, disordered eating and chronic dieting. I also utilize principles of Intuitive Eating in my nutrition counseling.
My approach to nutrition therapy is that no two clients are alike - I provide individualized counseling and honor your wants and needs to successfully achieve your goals. I am currently accepting new clients on an outpatient basis.
