I focus on eating disorders, disordered eating, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), GI issues (Crohn's disease, IBS) and other health concerns. I work in a weight-inclusive lens, which can mean we don't focus on the scale in order to improve your conditions. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and especially enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, and those with multiracial identities. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
