Over 10 years ago, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. It has been an interesting road, with many ups and downs. Life through treatment and beyond can be challenging, but I have found it easier to navigate with my nutrition background. I am passionate about sharing that knowledge with you and helping you on this journey!
I have been a registered dietitian for over 10 years. As a mom of four crazy kids, I understand the importance of REAL life nutrition. Food needs to be accessible and enjoyable. I want to help you have a healthy relationship with food and free up the mental space to live abundantly.
