I love to help my clients lose weight, improve their relationship with food, gain muscle and finally feel confident about their food and exercise choices. My specialties are heart health, weight management, and plant based diets. I use a holistic approach to promote lifelong health and create a completely personalized plan to suit your unique lifestyle and goals.

I have been a dietitian since 2017 and have learned so much throughout the years. I specialize in renal disease, transplant (pre or post), diabetes, blood pressure, or cholesterol management and weight loss. I enjoy developing a good relationship with patients, not just learning about their diet, but their overall lifestyle. I am very flexible depending on patient's learning preferences and am happy to adjust education as needed. I look forward to working with new clients and helping as much as I can!

Laura is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a background in psychology that focuses on helping clients cultivate a safe and nourishing relationship with food and eating while supporting their mental health. She believes health is so much more than what we eat, so she has a special focus at the intersection of nutrition and psychological wellbeing. Laura has won numerous awards for her holistic approach to care, including Dietitian of the Year at New York Presbyterian Hospital - one of the largest health systems in NYC.

Heather is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to help them heal their relationship with their body and food. She works with clients to facilitate changes that will improve overall quality of life. She believes that food and nutrition should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her own experiences have fueled her particular interest in intuitive eating, disordered eating and HAES aligned care. She loves working alongside clients to find creative ways to make food both nourishing and enjoyable.

I am a Registered Dietitian licensed to practice in Illinois. I received my Bachelors in Nutrition Science with a minor in biological sciences from University of Illinois at Chicago. As an undergrad I participated in research related to diabetes, weight loss, physical activity and public health. I completed 1200 hours of supervised clinical training from Uchicago Medicine Ingalls memorial Dietetic Internship program. During my training I did research on nutrigenomics, diabetes, and weight loss.

She completed her training in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bastyr University which emphasized a root-cause approach to healing. Sadie believes it’s within your control to be your happiest and most vibrant self and her goal is to empower you to achieve this. Sadie’s favorite part about working with others is partnering together and seeing people evolve into their healthiest selves yet. Alex is a board-certified lead dietitian at one of New York's largest hospitals. He started his private practice to improve access to nutritional counseling and build deep, long-term relationships with patients who are managing nutrition-related health conditions. His work focuses on patients with both chronic and acute/severe conditions, ranging from rapid weight change to cancer. Regardless of health reason, Alex strives to always create a kind and caring environment for his patients.

I’m Bre, the proud founder of NutritionbyBre. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in the Southern California area of Los Angeles, California. I believe in a comprehensive nutrition approach that is realistic and doable. I can tackle any nutrition need, from medical nutrition therapy to weight loss.
