I am also a Licensed Esthetician, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor as well as Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. My clients range from those who are chronically ill and dealing with challenges such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension and injuries to those who are very healthy but want to be educated on how to improve their health further. I consult each person based on their desired health goals in reaching optimal health. With my training I am able to design exercise programs, provide nutritional protocols as well as stress relief through yoga, pilates, Thai massage, Reiki and Nutritional Cellular Cleansing.
I treat the whole person looking at all aspects of mind, body and spirit. When we want to make change, it is often proceeded by pain, physical, mental or emotional. In those moments of discomfort, I can provide solutions for developing lifestyle changes, behavior modification and immediately implementing healthier lIfestyle options.
