My patients want to understand "why" they feel the way the do and value best in class preventative care. With nearly two decades of clinical experience as both a Naturopathic Doctor and an Acupuncturist, I know that details matter. I offer an evidence-based, patient-centered approach, prioritizing education. Together, we identify root causes using your history, physical examination, and appropriate labs or imaging. I personalize treatment plan to your needs and use a variety of treatment options such as nutrition, acupuncture, physical medicine, hydrotherapy, naturopathic counseling, botanical medicine, and nutritional substances.

While homeopathy is only one of the modalities I use, the skills needed to be a good homeopath, deeply understanding a patient, serve me (and my patients) well in whatever form of treatment we choose.
One of the things I like best about being a naturopathic doctor is the wide range of options I have in treating my patients. Being able to choose among nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, physical medicine, and counseling, as well as appropriate conventional medicine, is tremendously useful.

Homeopathy Naturopaths
What is homeopathy?
Homeopathy is an alternative form of medicine based on the premise that the body has the innate ability to heal itself and that various remedies, such as certain plant substances and minerals, can stimulate this healing. Homeopathy is frequently used to address various medical conditions, such as hormonal imbalances, chronic pain, allergies, migraines, and digestive issues. A key feature of homeopathy is the belief that medicinal intervention is often most effective, if necessary at all, in very low doses. This is referred to as the “law of minimum dose” and is why many homeopathic substances are significantly diluted or otherwise weakened prior to administration. While homeopathy has gained popularity for its holistic, individualized approach, it remains controversial in many medical and scientific communities. Research on its efficacy is limited, and many studies suggest that any perceived benefits may be due to the placebo effect rather than the remedies themselves.
