With nearly two decades of clinical experience as both a Naturopathic Doctor and an Acupuncturist, I know that details matter. I offer an evidence-based, patient-centered approach, prioritizing education. Together, we identify root causes using your history, physical examination, and appropriate labs or imaging. I personalize treatment plan to your needs and use a variety of treatment options such as nutrition, acupuncture, physical medicine, hydrotherapy, naturopathic counseling, botanical medicine, and nutritional substances.
My areas of focus include cardiovascular care, diabetes care, pain management, gastrointestinal health, mood disorders, fertility support for women and men, autoimmune conditions, and hormone regulation across the lifespan. I am licensed as both a Naturopathic Doctor and an Acupuncturist in Massachusetts, and as a Naturopathic Doctor in Maine.
