I work with my patients using an integrated Ayurvedic and Naturopathic approach to create a unique treatment plan for every individual. I am passionate about using my background in naturopathy and Ayurvedic medicine to educating people on the importance of nutrition, healthy diet, and lifestyle, and will help guide you through the process of optimizing your lifestyle choices. My goals are to facilitate healing in my patients, help them achieve optimal health, and maintain wellness for a lifetime. My specialties include women’s health and gastrointestinal wellness including IBS and IBD.
My training in both ancient medicine and expertise in evidence based naturopathic care helps me understand a person in a very unique way. Through using an Ayurvedic constitution test and pulse diagnosis alongside labs, imaging and diagnostic reports I then craft individual plans to treat disease or optimize wellness using herbs, supplement and homeopathy.
