I am a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist specializing in treating eating disorders and disordered eating for all ages. My aim in nutrition counseling is to help others find peace and joy in their relationship with food. So many of us experience shame, confusion, guilt, or discomfort around food and eating. I strive to come alongside my clients to rediscover a way of eating that brings nourishment, connection and clarity.

I offer nutrition counseling for those diagnosed with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and OSFED. Disordered eating occurs on a spectrum and you do not need to be diagnosed with an eating disorder to be suffering! I also offer nutrition counseling services to help you achieve your health goals whether or not you feel you have disordered eating patterns.

My goal is to make you feel comfortable in your body. I will get to know you and your unique health challenges through our meetings. We will create a program specifically designed for you and I will give you the tools to reach your goals. Through my coaching and consulting, we will make lifestyle and nutrition habit adjustments that give you more energy to live the life you want to live at its fullest potential. Dr. Jiang is a licensed acupuncturist in Oregon. She has been practicing and teaching acupuncture and oriental medicine for more than 20 years. She is a certified TCM gynecologist, infertility specialist. She did a study in PMS with auricular acupuncture in China and received her master degree in gynecology with acupuncture in 2000. She has tremendous experience in treating gynecological conditions such as infertility, irregular periods, menstrual cramps, hormonal imbalance, PMS, menopausal syndrome, endometriosis, fibroids and functional uterine bleeding, etc.

I've always been an advocate for living energetically and devoted my life and career to this endeavor. My athletic background has enabled me to understand the biomechanics and competitive mindset of athletes. Therefore, I have a great handle on treating injuries that occur during sports activities. Following my wife's car accident I began to seek out the best treatments for those who have suffered injuries from auto accidents. This journey has lead to my proficiency in treating whiplash injuries. Moreover, chiropractic is more than a profession, it's a lifestyle. It's taking care of your body even when you aren't ill.

Xiangjun Dong, mostly know as Winnie Dong, is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the states of Oregon and Washington, and is nationally certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by NCCAOM. Winnie is trained in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Winnie truly listens to her patient, has a gentle bedside manner, and a passionate about helping patients resolve their health problems through treating the root causes.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, I focus on the person in front of me, listen to their health needs, and work with them by addressing their entire person. This simply means that I look at every factor that has affected this person throughout their entire life including childhood home life, infections and treatments, surgeries, other trauma, diet, social interactions, and lifestyle. Dr. Lu was one of the few acupuncturists in the United States who was not only a MD in China, but also had an additional 6 years specialty training with highest medical degree. Dr. Lu earned his doctoral degree in internal medicine from the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. He also holds bachelor and master degrees in orthopedics and traumatology and worked as orthopedic surgeon and acupuncturist in China. Currently, Dr. Lu is the Chair of AOM at the doctoral studies at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and clinical assistant professor at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU)

I primarily treat chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries. My belief is that these are often multi-faceted. Injuries can ultimately be a result of structural or movement imbalances that go beyond a simple slip and fall. Pain itself can have multiple causes; there are different "types" of pain. As such, patients often need a diverse approach and my goal is to help guide this process.

Dr. Jia is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Certified Chinese Herbologist through NCCAOM. He graduated from the prestigious Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, after which he practiced both Western and Chinese medicine at Beijing Hospital for 12 years, and has recieved excellent training after graduation.

Doctor Pepel is trained in both conventional medicine - 6 years medical studies in Romania, and other 6, practicing as a MD there, as well as 3.5 years of training in naturopathic medicine at NUNM- Portland, OR, and 17 years of practicing as a naturopathic doctor in OR. Her combined experience of 34 years in conventional and holistic naturopathic medical training and practice give her unique insights and approaches beyond those available to practitioners trained in only conventional or only naturopathic medicine.
