I am a general practitioner of the Traditional Chinese Method and a Classical 5-Element practitioner. Most of my patients are women between the ages of 35-65. I see a number of children as well as elders, even up to the age of 102 years old. I can provide a warm, safe, healing enviroment for you.

Tim Nguyen, LAc, Dipl. OM is a State Board & Nationally certified (NCCAOM) traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. He was trained both in China & United States. Prior to moving to Hawaii, he used to work with major fertility & pain clinics in the Bay Area, including Nova IVF, Stanford and PAMF/FPNC... At Acupuncture & Wellness Center, his integrative & comprehensive approach is designed to treat the whole individual (body, mind, and spirit) according to each client's health care needs. By customizing and combining of variety of therapies (acupuncture, non-needle techniques, herbs, supplements, nutritional/diet counseling, exercises and healthy lifestyle recommendations), Tim specializes in treating infertility and pain.

I am a licensed naturopathic physician and a member of the Hawaii Association of Naturopathic Physicians. Trained as a family medicine doctor with expertise in natural therapeutics, I see patients of all ages for a wide range of health concerns. Common conditions I see include: adrenal fatigue, chronic fatigue, women's health, thyroid, mental health, gastrointestinal disorders, auto-immune diseases, pediatrics, ADD/ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, allergies, eczema, and many more. Tim has been in practice since 2005. He is a board-certified, state and nationally-licensed Acupuncturist/Herbologist and Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl.OM). He holds a Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (MTCM) from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz California. He specializes in the treatment of pain and stress management, digestive disorders, as well as respiratory allergies. He also works with the Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine in China as a translation editor of vintage Chinese medical textbooks.
