My practice of 31 years is massage therapy, light-touch Craniosacral Therapy (certfied by the world renown Upledger Institute) and Lymph Drainage Therapy (through Chikly Health Institute.) Both treatments are deeply relaxing. I enhance my therapy skills through continuing education. My office space is private, quiet and relaxing. Alpha-frequency brain wave music is played to help the client enter a somewhat altered state of consciousness. Clients commonly feel as if they are between awake and asleep. During your treatment you may experience a feeling of total relaxation or euphoria.
