S. Erin Baldt, DAc, received her training from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, NM and is board certified by the National Certification Committee for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is vice president of the RI Society of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Her internships have included: oncology, women's health, and spinal pain. She has staff privileges at Roger Williams Med, Ctr, and has a professional affiliation with the N.E, Anesthesiology Pain Management Ctr. She is on staff at The Miriam Hospital - specializing in the care of Oncology/Hematology patients. Dr. Baldt is also a member of the American Academy of Pain Management.

My 20 years of experience in the practice and art of Acupuncture has taught me the importance of compassion and individualized attention in an effective acupuncture treatment. My experiences in Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong and Yoga have informed me of the profound power of energy (Qi, or Prana) in health and wellness. I have studied in Japan to deepen my understanding of the tradition that goes back thousands of years.
