Combining a foundation in evidence-based, medical nutrition therapy with a holistic, individualized approach to our practice, our dietitians aim to help clients develop realistic, achievable goals to overcome their barriers to nutrition success.
We offer nutrition counseling, movement classes and cooking lessons all from a non-diet approach, focusing on building healthy relationships with food and body. Wellness is multifaceted and we create a safe, judgement-free environment to work on the whole self.
All our services are offered both in-person in Massachusetts, and virtually across the country. We can current support clients in: MA, RI, FL, CA, MI, AZ, CO and VA.
