Hi, I'm Hannah! An anti-diet, HAES-aligned, Registered Dietitian and body image specialist dedicated to helping you heal your relationship with food and cultivate body confidence. I empower clients to find love and compassion for themselves as well as freedom from chronic dieting and disordered eating. My work guides clients to rewire thinking about food and eating to ditch dieting for good and finally feel freedom and peace around food. I uses somatic meditations to teach individuals to interpret and respond to the hidden messages lying within the physical body.
My work brings people back to their innate ability to feed themselves what they need to meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. I've gained 6 years of experience as a dietitian working with malnutrition, chronic disease, cancer treatment, enteral and parenteral nutrition, GI disorders, intuitive eating, and eating disorders.
