I provide therapeutic bodywork for clients who need more than a standard massage. My work is slow, specific, and individualized, with a focus on connective tissue, chronic tension patterns, stress-related holding, and nervous-system regulation. With almost 25 years in practice, I integrate deep tissue, myofascial release, craniosacral-informed work, medical massage, connective tissue techniques, and breath-paced manual therapy. When appropriate, I may also incorporate sound-based and sensory tools to support settling and body awareness.

I take great care to explore with each patient what technique is going to work best for them. I also use Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)on a regular basis.I am also a certified Bowenwork Practitioner. Bowenwork is a point specific light touch therapy that enables the body to rebalance itself.
