I provide therapeutic bodywork for clients who need more than a standard massage. My work is slow, specific, and individualized, with a focus on connective tissue, chronic tension patterns, stress-related holding, and nervous-system regulation. With almost 25 years in practice, I integrate deep tissue, myofascial release, craniosacral-informed work, medical massage, connective tissue techniques, and breath-paced manual therapy. When appropriate, I may also incorporate sound-based and sensory tools to support settling and body awareness.
My primary focus is chronic tension and connective tissue holding patterns, especially when stress, posture, injury history, or long-term compensation patterns are involved.
Clients often seek my work for neck pain, back pain, shoulder tension, headaches, tmjd, joint pain, hip and low back patterns, stress-related bracing, and emotional well-being.
