I offer an eclectic modality based approach to my Massage Therapy practice. Each patient is different and unique. I take great care to explore with each patient what technique is going to work best for them. I specialize in myofascial release which then usually leads to trigger point and deep tissue work followed by Active Isolated Stretching(AIS). I also use Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)on a regular basis.I am also a certified Bowenwork Practitioner. Bowenwork is a point specific light touch therapy that enables the body to rebalance itself. I continue to be amazed by power of this method.

Bowenwork is extremely effective in helping with acute and chronic ailments, including back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, fibromyalgia and other conditions that often do not respond to more conventional approaches.

Light pressure is applied through a minimal number of precisely located moves or touches over tendons, muscles and nerves.
