The care you'll receive is attentive,skilled,hands on, one on one care in a private setting. This may benefit patients with acute /chronic pain, muscle strains/sprains, neck/back pain, pinched nerves, painful shoulders, knees, women's health issues, dance or sport injuries, headache/migraines, myofascial pain, fibromyalgia, TMJ, EhlersDanlos, hypermobility.
Using myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, triggerpoint, lymphatic drainage, visceral manipulation,mobilization, somatoemotional release and other massage techniques from Alexander, Feldenkrais, dance, Floor-Barre to reeducate movement patterns. I look for the source of problems to unwind the restrictive patterns - so it wont come back again!
Since I am a physical therapist as well as a massage therapist, medical insurance except Medicare usually covers good portion of the cost of sessions under PT if you have a problem area. No referral is needed unless your insurance requires it(eg Medicare). Ask me for details!
