I have been a licensed massage therapist in private practice for over twenty years. I offer skilled, compassionate, attentive, experienced and personalized bodywork to my clients. I have been trained in a variety of modalities including Swedish and deep-tissue massage, myofacial release techniques, neuromuscular trigger point release, prenatal massage, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, and sports massage. I use an intuitive combination of my skills to tailor each session to your individual needs.

As a massage therapist, my work is to help facilitate the body's own healing mechanisms. Relief from chronic pain, facilitating recovery from injuries, addressing structural imbalances, and promoting stress relief are all part of what I offer. I provide a serene environment for my clients to relax and let go of the pain and discomfort held in the body.
