I will try my best to tackle and address each issue to the best of my knowledge, experiences and expertise. I have been practicing Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine for over 20 years along side as a Research Scientist for over 25 years in R&D for drug discovery as well as in clinical research for multiple pharmaceutical companies . I was also exposed to alternative medicine at a very young age being a son of a medicine man of the town and a midwife and healer in Cambodia.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a medical system that equips practitioner with many tools to treat wide variety of symptoms. I see patients who come to the office for acupuncture treatment seeking help with all sorts of conditions; from very serious medical problems causing severe pain to mild discomforts or just prevention. My practice is a general practice that embraces treatments for pain, anxiety, stress reduction, fertility issues and internal diseases. As a general practitioner I discuss with my patients their unique health and well being related issues and participate in their healing process sharing the best of my education and experience.

Dr. Minchun Chen, a licensed oriental medical practitioner certified by NCCAOM, currently practices acupuncture and herbal medicine at her private practice. She is a professor at the Won Institute, which has the only Master's Degree program for acupuncture in Pennsylvania. Dr. Chen graduated from Nanjing Medical University with an MD degree in 1982. In China, she worked as an internist and endocrinologist for 8 years. Continuing her studies in Germany, she earned a PhD (1994) exploring disease-causing genes for Graves disease and Diabetes at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz. She learned acupuncture and herbology from national-renown doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Guo is an osteopathic acupuncturist (PA). She received her MD degree from Heilongjiang University of TCM in 1982 and completed her Master degree in acupuncture at Shanghai University of TCM in 1988. From 08/1988-09/1993, Dr. Guo worked at Shanghai Longhua Hospital of Shanghai University of TCM as an attending physician. In 1994, Dr. Guo started her clinical research creer at The Renal Division of Medical Center of University of Pennsylvania and then The Anesthesia Department of Hospital of Penn until 2005. I have worked with holistic health modalities since 1983 and became an acupuncturist and herbalist in 2002. As a graduate of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (now known as the Pacific College of Health and Science) my focus is on helping my patients utilizing acupuncture and related therapies to improve their health and wellbeing. I am especially effective at treating pain, women's health issues, and immune system imbalances including allergies and sinusitis. I am devoted to providing safe, effective, patient centered care.
