Dr. Yifan liu has been a practitioner since he graduated from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 1990. After eleven years of training in both Chinese and Western medicine, he obtained his Ph.D. in TCM from Tianjin University of TCM in 1999.
