As a registered dietitian I take an anti-diet approach to support my clients. Growing up as a "picky eater", I was always told how to eat and how much to eat. As I got older, I grew an interest for food and nutrition which led me to become a registered dietitian. Now I support individuals in creating sustainable dietary changes based on their preferences, dietary restrictions and medical history. I believe that embracing cultural foods, enjoying all foods and meeting your nutrition needs can all be done in sync. I specialize in pediatrics, women's health and family nutrition.
