My journey to naturopathic medicine began in my 20s when I felt I had exhausted all conventional health options. Each day brought new challenges, and my body was constantly adapting. However, it wasn't until I focused on nourishing my body and establishing key health foundations (like sleep, diet, stress management, and exercise) that I started to see real improvement. Naturopathic medicine taught me how to live optimally. My personal experience and passion led me to become a Naturopathic Doctor. I combine traditional and evidence-based medicine to help you understand your health puzzle and identify the root cause of your concerns.
I specialize in a range of areas including fertility, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, and gastrointestinal health (such as IBS, GERD, IBD, and Celiac Disease). I also focus on autoimmune conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Hashimoto Thyroiditis, Graves Disease, and Fibromyalgia. Additionally, I have expertise in the South Asian diet.
