Through my private practice, I provide nutrition counseling and support to people struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating or who want to become intuitive eaters. Some step down to work with me from higher levels of eating disorder care, some are tired of being wrapped up in diet culture and food rules and others want to learn how they can begin practicing intuitive eating.
