As a Registered Dietitian and Certified LEAP Therapist, I take plenty of time to listen to you and your frustrations. I offer blood testing to identify foods that may be the root cause of your pain. Together, we will walk through the process of eliminating foods that are making you sick. Then, we will find foods that you love and make you feel great!

Because of my own personal health journey, I empathize with people who feel trapped and worried that their health challenges have become the new normal. I support my clients and make their voices heard in order to tackle the health challenge head-on.

I am a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and Registered Dietitian. I am experienced in working with high-level adolescent and adult athletes, and recreational athletes of all ages and abilities. My past and current clients include top 10 NCAA recruits, Olympic Trials qualifiers, NFL players, and other professional athletes.

I focus my attention on the uniqueness of an individual. I try to reach the widest demographic of people, where I share generalized and/or specific nutritional knowledge, based on the individual's need. My specialization includes working with individuals' in eating disorder treatment/recovery, those undergoing body image restoration, and those with disordered relationships with food and/or their bodies, so that they have the highest quality of life.
