I am a Registered Dietitian (RDN) and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). I am a competitive masters runner and 5x Boston Marathon qualifier and am experienced in working with high-level adolescent and adult athletes, and recreational athletes of all ages and abilities. My past and current clients include top 10 NCAA recruits, Olympic Trials qualifiers, and other elite athletes. I believe that optimal nutrition is more than "just eating healthy." I am here to support you in achieving your goals, whether you're an athlete or an individual who wants to relearn how to have a healthy relationship with food and body.
My sport nutrition specialties include: running, swimming, triathlon, road cycling, biking, and strength and power sports. I have the expertise to help athletes with medical conditions and/or gastrointestinal issues. All services are provided via telehealth (video and phone visits) from the comfort of your own home.
