We're a group of 10 expert dietitians who specialize in eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, chronic disease management, diabetes, sports nutrition, and perinatal nutrition. We teach people of all ages to nourish their bodies and feel their best through intuitive eating. Working with a Ruby Oak dietitian will make you feel more confident in your food choices and more comfortable in your body.

During the nutrition counseling process, we take time to learn each client's unique preferences, goals, and lifestyles. We understand that every client is different, so we never hand out cookie-cutter meal plans and we don't believe in food rules.

Our approach is collaborative, not overly prescriptive. Everything we do together is designed to meet your specific needs, and there's always room for adjustments if something doesn't work for you, or if you need more support.
