Eating disorder-informed, weight-inclusive nutrition counseling for adolescents and adults, with particular experience supporting queer and neurodivergent clients.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist providing compassionate, non-diet nutrition counseling for adolescents and adults struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, and difficult relationships with food and body.
Many of the clients I work with are queer, trans, and/or neurodivergent, and are looking for nutrition care that is affirming, flexible, and grounded in real life, not rigid rules or weight-focused goals.
My role is not to tell you what to eat, but to support you in understanding what actually works for you in a way that feels sustainable and respectful.
I frequently collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and other members of a client’s care team when appropriate.
