My name is Rachel Wilson and I'm a registered dietitian. I started out in the hospital setting and have a strong clinical background. Now having moved on to the outpatient setting I work with patients developing personalized meal plans that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to each patient's unique needs and preferences. I believe in a holistic approach to nutrition, considering not only the physical aspects but also the emotional and social factors that influence one's relationship with food. I am avid advocate for evidence-based nutrition and stays up-to-date with the latest research in the field as much as possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes. I believe that food should not only nourish the body but also be enjoyable and satisfying. I am passionate about empowering her clients to make positive changes in their eating habits and helping them repair their relationship with food.
