My clients have a history of struggling to lose weight and trying allll the diets. They often first see success, but then stop making progress and become frustrated that their efforts aren't producing results. They have a history of irregular periods or PCOS and other providers have recommended birth control and weight loss but weight loss is difficult , and birth control is not the long term solution they want.

I help my clients get relief from GI issues such as diarrhea and/or constipation, bloating, abdominal pain, joint pain, and migraines by incorporating both food sensitivity testing and a low FODMAP diet. I also work with women who have hypothyroidism, a family history of diabetes or have had gestational diabetes to learn how to become their healthiest best self.

In my role as a Registered Dietitian, my mission is to champion body diversity, challenge diet culture, and cultivate a positive relationship with food that nurtures both your physical well-being and mental health. Utilizing virtual sessions, I provide tailored guidance and support to assist you in reaching your health and wellness objectives. I love to work with bariatric patients, both pre-op and post-op and can help fill your insurance requirements. I also believe everyone on a medical weight loss drug (think Ozempic, Monjouro, etc.) should be seeing a dietitian regularly to make sure your changes are sustainable for life! I am passionate in women's health, fertility, and working with PCOS patients who want to manage symptoms such as acne, facial hair, insulin resistance, and even have a baby - yes it is possible with PCOS! Diet and lifestyle play a big part in this. Other areas I love to help with are emotional eating, binging, and Intuitive Eating.

My ideal client is someone that is looking for sustainable lifestyle changes in whatever area in their life that feels unbalanced. This can be managing unhealthy eating habits, GI issues including reflux, gastroparesis, fructose malabsorption, IBS, SIBO, auto-immune, picky eaters, or general health concerns like managing cholesterol and blood pressure.
