This can be managing unhealthy eating habits, GI issues including reflux, gastroparesis, fructose malabsorption, IBS, SIBO, auto-immune, picky eaters, or general health concerns like managing cholesterol and blood pressure.
I specialize in IBS, the Low FODMAP diet, and most other GI issues. I also offer genetic testing to help my clients find a more sustainable lifestyle solution. I practice mindful eating for those seeking weight management and I love to work with families particularly those struggling with picky eaters.
As a dietitian, I am an investigator. I don't just try to apply a bandaid or a one-size-fits-all approach. I genuinely care for my clients and work to build an open relationship with them.
