They have a history of irregular periods or PCOS and other providers have recommended birth control and weight loss but weight loss is difficult , and birth control is not the long term solution they want.
I do a thorough assessment including functional lab tests to get to the root of the problem and support you each step of the way. I use a mindful and intuitive eating approach to help you get your period back and control your PCOS symptoms without feeling restricted.
