After completing a Bachelors in nutrition and dietetics at Purdue University, I moved to Wisconsin to pursue my dietetic internship at Mount Mary University. I have prior work experience in inpatient and outpatient eating disorder settings, outpatient hospital gastrointestinal clinic, and professional and personal training in marathon distance nutrition.
